Form improvements
Got some time in on the machines last night.
I found that changing the way that I grip the bars so that it's more vertical and less horizontal (tilted forward) allows me to lean back and focus more on using my hamstrings and glutes, and take more pressure off of my legs.
Tilting my hands forward and leaning forward more on my quads/calves helps a lot with any sort of forced twisting or big movements, but I feel like I'm now starting to understand that there's two different postures to switch between when playing doubles that allow you to activate different muscle groups-- one for raw stamina/speed, the other for explosive movements.
I upscored Gargoyle FS D22 to 980 with these form improvements!
